Zoë Overzee
PERFORMANCE NUTRITIONIST
I'm Zoë Overzee, performance nutritionist with several years of experience working in professional cycling.
Currently, I provide nutritional support to the riders of AG Insurance Soudal (Women's WT team) and of Soudal Quick-Step (Men's WT team) where I am part of a multidisciplinary performance team.
In previous experience I have also worked for team dsm-firmenich PostNL during three seasons.
Growing up in France I had a multicultural (Dutch/French) upbringing and quickly developed an eagerness for adventure and challenge. Determined of the path I wanted to take I pursued my education in the UK (BSc. Sport, Exercise and Nutrition) and in the Netherlands (MSc. Human Movement Science) before settling in the Netherlands to kick start my professional career as a nutritionist in professional cycling.
With passion and drive I now thrive to guide endurance athletes in achieving their performance goals by taking their nutrition to the next level!

Individual Advice
Who? Anyone looking for a place to start, who is working towards a short term body composition goal and requires help, or who needs some general guidance about performance nutrition.
What? One-off personalised advice based on general health, body composition or sporting goals. The advice will provide you with the general guidance you need to kick-start your nutrition journey.
What is included?
- Online intake talk (45-60min)
- Personalised and specific nutrition plan based on personal nutritional requirements and personal dietary preferences.
- Online explanation of nutrition plan (20-30min)

Membership Plan
Who? For professional athletes looking for nutrtition support during their entire sporting season.
What? The membership is designed to get the maximum out of training and perform at your best. It focuses on the development of nutrition plans through a competitive sporting season. The plan is flexible to suit the different periods /blocks of the sporting season.
With this plan you will get individualised and specific nutrition guidance to suport your sporting demands, individual needs, and preferences.
The membership is customisable based on the complexity of the nutrition advice, the frequency of feedback and the frequency of updates.
What is included?
- Online intake talk (45-60min)
- Intital nutrition plan based on personal nutritional requirements and personal dietary preferences
- Food intake analysis and guidance
- Targeted meal plans
- Nutrition for training
- Nutrition for competitive goals
- Access to nutrition platform for the duration of the membership (Cronometer)
- Fortnightly or monthly feedback/progression calls
- Monthly nutrition plan updates
- Periodization of nutrition to specific training periods and training goals with weekly nutrition plan updates (optional)
